Indian Bank Assistant Manager Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. Proficiency in computer operations is mandatory, and preference is often given to candidates with professional banking certifications (JAIIB/CAIIB) or MBA (Finance).
The minimum age requirement is 20 years, and the maximum age limit is generally capped at 30 years, subject to the specific terms mentioned in the official notification.
The selection process consists of two primary stages:
- Online Objective Test: Covering Reasoning, English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Professional Knowledge.
- Interview: A personal interaction to assess communication skills, personality, and domain knowledge.
- SC/ST: 5 Years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 Years
- PWD: 10 Years
- Ex-Servicemen: As per government guidelines
