- Written Test: This is a computer-based examination held in two phases. Preliminary and Mains exams are conducted for Clerical posts. Other roles (Junior Accountant, Senior Accountant, Assistant Manager) bypass the Prelims and proceed directly to the Mains.
- Interview: Candidates who successfully qualify for the written phase are called for a personal interview. This stage carries 10 marks and focuses on testing the candidate's knowledge of current affairs, banking systems, and general awareness.
The final merit list is prepared by aggregating the marks from the written test and the interview. Post allotment is conducted according to available vacancies.
