The Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) acts as the official body for managing the examination process, including application handling and admit card issuance. Their mandate is to ensure the recruitment of qualified teachers for various mediums of instruction in primary and upper primary schools across the state, maintaining high standards in the education sector.
