The National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC) is a statutory corporation established in 1963 under an Act of Parliament. It functions under the Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India. The NCDC is mandated to plan, promote, and finance programs for the production, processing, marketing, storage, export, and import of agricultural produce, foodstuffs, and certain other notified commodities through cooperative societies.
