एकीकृत बाल विकास सेवा (ICDS) भारत में एक प्रमुख सरकारी कार्यक्रम है जिसका उद्देश्य 6 वर्ष से कम आयु के बच्चों और उनकी माताओं को भोजन, प्री-स्कूल शिक्षा, प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य देखभाल, टीकाकरण, स्वास्थ्य जांच और रेफरल सेवाएं प्रदान करना है। ICDS का जम्मू और कश्मीर विंग इन कल्याणकारी जनादेशों को जमीनी स्तर पर लागू करने के लिए राज्य सरकार के तहत काम करता है, जो पूरे क्षेत्र में कमजोर आबादी की पोषण और स्वास्थ्य स्थिति में सुधार करने पर केंद्रित है।
