Assam Electronics Development Corporation Ltd. (AMTRON) is a state-owned enterprise under the Government of Assam. Established to promote and develop the electronics and IT sector in the state, it serves as the nodal agency for various digital governance projects. AMTRON is responsible for implementing large-scale infrastructure, software development, and connectivity initiatives, including the Assam Unified Portal, to enhance public service delivery and digital literacy across the region. Its headquarters are located in Bamunimaidan, Guwahati.
