Selection Process
The selection process consists of two distinct stages. First, a Recruitment Test (RT) is conducted, which is an objective-type written exam worth 300 marks. This stage carries 75% weightage in the final merit list. Second, candidates who qualify in the RT are invited for a Personality Test (Interview) worth 100 marks, which carries 25% weightage. Final selection is based on the combined performance in both stages.
Exam Pattern
The Recruitment Test is a 2-hour objective paper consisting of 120 questions worth 300 marks. It is conducted in a bilingual format. A negative marking of 1/3rd (0.33) is applied for every incorrect answer. Unattempted questions do not attract any penalty.
