1. Visit the official UPPSC website at https://uppsc.up.nic.in starting from 22 September 2026.
2. Locate and click the link for downloading the interview letter for the Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services Exam 2025.
3. Authenticate your session by entering your OTR Number and password or OTP.
4. Access your Applicant Dashboard and select the 'Check Latest Status' option.
5. Complete the online preference form for posts and groups, ensuring all details are accurate.
6. Save and submit the preference form, then download the five mandatory documents: Application Form, Verification Form, Affidavit, Marks Statement, and Preference Form.
7. Print all these documents and attach self-attested copies of your educational certificates.
8. Affix five passport-size photographs as instructed and sign the documents.
9. Report to the Saraswati Bhavan, UPPSC campus, Prayagraj, on your scheduled date and time with all original documents and the prepared file.
10. Retain a copy of all submitted documents for your personal records.
