5. Select your preferred Help Line Centre and choose a convenient date and time slot for certificate verification.
6. Confirm your booking and download the acknowledgement slip for future reference.
7. Visit the chosen Help Line Centre on the scheduled date with all original documents and photocopies for verification.
8. Keep a printed copy of the acknowledgement and payment receipt for all subsequent counselling stages.
