Selection Process
The selection process for RRB Group D consists of multiple stages. The first stage is a Computer-Based Test (CBT) which evaluates candidates on General Science, Mathematics, Reasoning, and General Awareness. Candidates who qualify in the CBT are then shortlisted for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET), which assesses physical fitness. Following the PET, successful candidates undergo Document Verification to confirm their credentials. The final stage is a comprehensive Medical Examination to ensure the candidate meets the health standards required for the specific railway role.
Exam Pattern
The CBT consists of 100 objective-type questions to be completed in 90 minutes. The breakdown is: General Science (25), Mathematics (25), General Intelligence and Reasoning (30), and General Awareness (20). PwD candidates are granted 120 minutes.
