Job Description
Punjab Subordinate Services Selection Board (PSSSB) aims to fill 532 vacancies for Jail Warders and Matrons posts in the Punjab Jail Department. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 19900/- to Rs. 63200/-.

Exam Pattern
- PSSSB Jail Warder Exam consists of 2 papers.
- The exam consists of 140 questions for a total of 120 marks.
- The total duration of the exam for Paper 1 is 60 minutes, and 120 minutes for Paper 2.
- 0.25 marks will be deducted for each incorrect attempt

- A Username & Password will be generated.
- Use these to log in and complete the application step by step.
- The application will be accepted only after successful fee payment.
- Upload passport-size photo, signature, and scanned educational and category certificates (e.g., Matric DOB, computer qualifications, reservation proof, etc.).
- Payment can be made through: SBI Branch Challan through Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card / UPI
- After successful fee payment, the candidate can download the application form 2 days later and must keep it for future reference.
