Selection Process

The selection process for the OICL Administrative Officer post is conducted in three distinct stages. The first stage is the Preliminary Examination, which is an objective-type test designed to screen candidates based on their reasoning, quantitative, and English skills.

The final stage is the Interview, where candidates are shortlisted based on their performance in the Mains. The final merit list is calculated by assigning 80% weightage to the online test scores and 20% weightage to the interview performance.
