Job Description
NHPC Limited, a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Power, is inviting online applications for engagement of Apprentices on a 1-year training basis across multiple trades and locations.
The opportunity is for Graduate, Diploma, and ITI Apprentices in fields like engineering, HR, finance, and technical trades, involving practical training and on-site project support at NHPC units.
Apprenticeship training is beneficial as it provides hands-on experience in a real work environment, helping candidates develop practical skills in their respective fields. It also enhances future employment prospects by making candidates more industry-ready and increasing chances of getting opportunities in related sectors.

There will be no interview. Selection will be purely based on merit. Merit list will be prepared based on academic performance with following weightage:

- ITI trades: register on NAPS (Apprenticeship India portal) - https://apprenticeshipindia.gov.in/
- Graduate/Diploma trades: register on NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme portal) - https://nats.education.gov.in/
- Profile should be completed and required documents uploaded carefully
- After receiving the registration/enrolment number, apply on the NHPC website.
- Fill the application form and upload the required documents:
- NATS/NAPS registration form
- Educational certificates and mark sheets
- 10th certificate (age proof)
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- Photograph and signature
- No need to send a printout to NHPC Limited; however, a copy may be kept for future reference.
