The selection methodology comprises an online remotely proctored entrance exam, followed by document verification and a personal interview stage. The computer-based test consists of 100 objective-type questions carrying 100 marks, designed to assess general awareness, English proficiency, reasoning, computer aptitude, and quantitative skills within a 60-minute timeframe.

The online examination consists of 100 multiple-choice questions for a maximum of 100 marks, to be completed in 60 minutes. The paper is divided into four equal sections of 25 questions and 25 marks each: General/Financial Awareness, General English, Reasoning Ability and Computer Aptitude, and Quantitative Aptitude. The test medium is available in English and Hindi, except for the General English section which is conducted in English only.
