The selection process for KEAM 2026 is based on a 50:50 weightage formula. For Engineering, the rank is determined by combining the normalised entrance exam score and the normalised Class 12 board marks in equal proportions. For Pharmacy, the rank is derived from the entrance exam score alone.

Following the publication of the rank list, the Centralised Allotment Process (CAP) will be conducted.
