The selection process for KEAM 2026 is based on a transparent 50:50 weightage formula. For Engineering, the final rank is calculated by combining the normalised entrance exam score and the normalised Class 12 board marks in equal proportions.

For Pharmacy candidates, the merit list is determined solely by the performance in the KEAM Pharmacy Entrance Examination. Following the publication of the rank list, the Centralised Allotment Process (CAP) will be conducted to allocate seats based on candidate preferences, rank, and reservation criteria.
