The selection process for the JPSC Combined Civil Services involves three distinct stages designed to assess the candidate's knowledge, analytical skills, and personality. The first stage is the Preliminary Competitive Examination, which consists of two objective-type papers, General Studies Paper-I and Paper-II. Candidates who qualify in the Prelims based on the cut-off marks are eligible to appear for the Main (Written) Examination.
