Job Description
Jammu & Kashmir Bank is inviting online applications for engagement of 614 Apprentices under Apprentices Act, 1961. The training duration for this apprenticeship will be 12 months.
The Apprentice role involves on-the-job training in bank branches/offices for one year, where selected candidates will assist in basic banking operations, customer handling, and routine administrative tasks while gaining practical exposure to banking functions.

20 to 28 years as on 01-01-2026; Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD as per Government guidelines.
Selection Process
Selection process will consist of an Online Written Test followed by preparation of a district/region-wise merit list and document verification.
Exam Pattern
- General Awareness & English Comprehension: 50 Questions, 50 Marks, 30 minutes.
- Quantitative Aptitude & Reasoning Ability: 50 Questions, 50 Marks, 30 minutes.
- Negative marking: 1/4th of the marks assigned to a question.
Application Fee
Rs 700 for unreserved candidates and Rs 500 for reserved categories.
