The selection process for the IOB Apprentice position is conducted in three distinct stages. Initially, candidates must appear for a written examination, which is a computer-based test designed to evaluate their aptitude and subject knowledge. Following the written test, successful candidates are required to undergo a local language proficiency test to ensure they can communicate effectively in the region of their posting. The online examination consists of 100 objective-type questions, with a total of 100 marks. The duration of the test is 90 minutes.
