Job Description
The Department of Posts, Government of India, has released the 3rd merit list PDF for candidates who applied for 28,636 Gramin Dak Sevak vacancies under Online Engagement Schedule-I, January 2026. Candidates whose registration numbers are listed in the circle-wise GDS merit list PDF are shortlisted to appear for the Document Verification (DV) round.
Selection Process
The selection is based on the merit list prepared according to the marks obtained in the Class 10th examination, followed by Document Verification.

- Click on “GDS Online Engagement” and select “Schedule-I January 2026.”
- Click on your respective postal circle and select “Supplementary List – III”.
- Download the PDF and use Ctrl + F to search for your 7-digit Registration Number.
- Shortlisted candidates must report to the designated Divisional Office for document verification on or before 26th May 2026.
