1. Visit the official HAL website to access the provisional allotment notification.
2. Verify your name and roll number in the Annexure-I list provided in the PDF.
3. Prepare all required original documents, including educational mark sheets, medical fitness certificate, and police verification.
4. Ensure you have an active SBI savings account and a copy of the passbook.
5. Arrange the mandatory uniform as per the specified dress code for the reporting day.
6. Report to the TTC Building, Avionics Division, HAL, Balanagar, Hyderabad, on 27th July 2026 at 8:30 AM.
7. Complete the contract generation process on the NATS portal upon arrival.
8. Keep a copy of all submitted documents for your personal records.
