Job Description
Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) announced 150 vacancies for Trainee posts for which candidates with B.E./B. Tech or M.Sc. degrees in relevant disciplines can apply through the official portal at www.dpcc.delhi.gov.in.
The Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) has officially released the DPCC Trainee Recruitment 2026 notification, inviting online applications for 150 Trainee posts on a contractual/stipend basis.
Selection Process
Selection for the eligible candidates will be purely merit-based. No written test has been announced. The merit list will be prepared in the following order of priority:
- GATE/NET qualifying score from 2023 examination or later- ranked in order of merit
- If sufficient GATE/NET candidates are not available, merit will be based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination (2023 or later).

Qualifications
(i) Technical Trainee – Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) in any of the following disciplines:
- Civil Engineering
- Environmental Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- ECE (Electronics & Communication Engineering)
- Biomedical Engineering
- Water Resources Engineering
- Remote Sensing / GIS / Hydrology or equivalent qualification
(ii) Scientific Trainee – Educational Qualification
Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in Science (M.Sc.) in any of the following subjects:
- Biochemistry
- Microbiology
- Life Science
- Chemistry
- Environmental Chemistry
- Analytical Chemistry
- Toxicology or equivalent qualification
