Central Railway has invited supplementary online applications for engagement of 51 Act Apprentices for one-year training under the Apprentices Act 1961 in various designated trades at Workshops/Units under its jurisdiction for the year 2025-26. Eligible candidates are strongly advised to carefully read the detailed official notification before applying online to confirm eligibility regarding age, qualification, ITI trade, domicile, reservation, and other criteria. Candidates already undergoing or who have undergone apprenticeship training should not apply. The Central Railway Apprentice Recruitment 2026 for 51 Vacancies Online Registration process starts from 10th March 2026 and closes on 09th April 2026.

The selection on the basis of following steps:-

• Merit List (simple average of marks in Matriculation & ITI)
• Document Verification
• Medical Fitness Test

• General / OBC / EWS / Others: ₹100/- (Non-refundable)
• SC / ST / Female / PwBD: Nil (as per rules)
• Payment Method: Online through payment gateway only.

Eligible candidates must apply online only through the RRC/CR portal. No physical application is required.

➢ Step 1: Visit the official application portal and complete Registration.

➢ Step 2: Fill Personal Details, Educational & Technical Qualification and upload scanned copies of 10th marksheet, ITI certificate, community certificate, medical certificate, etc.

➢ Step 3: Select trade and unit preferences.

➢ Step 4: Pay the application fee (if applicable) online and submit the form.

➢ Step 5: Take a printout of the submitted application for future reference.
