Selection Process

The selection process is based on a merit-based shortlisting followed by an online interview. Candidates are evaluated on their academic performance, relevant research experience, and publications. For assistant roles, 50% weightage is given to degree marks and 50% to project-related specialization. For associate roles, additional points are awarded for NET/GATE qualifications and research output. The top 10 candidates per position are invited for the final interview.
