Eligible candidates must apply online and also send the hard copy of the application. Both steps are mandatory.
➢ Step 1: Visit the official online portal https://onlinevacancy.shipmin.nic.in and register using valid email and mobile number.
➢ Step 2: Fill the online application form carefully with all personal, educational, experience and category details.
➢ Step 3: Upload required documents and submit the online form. Take a printout of the filled application.
➢ Step 4: Attach self-attested copies of all required documents with the printed application form.
➢ Step 5: Send the hard copy by post to The Secretary, Visakhapatnam Port Authority, Administrative Office Building, Port Area, Visakhapatnam – 530035 superscribing the envelope “Application for the post of Deputy Chief Engineer (Civil)” so as to reach on or before 21st April 2026.
