    • Annual turnover certificate (for candidates from large private organizations)
    • Pay slips or pay certificate
    • Proof of payment (bank statement, PF statement)
    • Identity proof (AADHAAR/PAN/Passport etc.)
    • Disability certificate (if applicable)
    • Ex-Servicemen proof (if applicable)
    • Caste certificate in prescribed Government of India format
  5. Pay the application fee of Rs. 500/- online, if applicable. SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted.
  6. Submit the completed application form. A unique registration number will be generated, and confirmation will be sent via email.
  7. Take a printout of the application form with the registration number. Shortlisted candidates must produce this form at the time of the interview.
  8. Submit the online application between 2026-04-07 (11:00 hours) and 2026-04-27 (18:00 hours).
  9. No printed copy of the application needs to be sent to Talcher Fertilizers Limited. Candidates may keep a copy for future reference.

Application Fee

A non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500/- is applicable, excluding convenience charges and taxes. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, and PwBD categories are exempted from payment of the fee.

Age Limit

Maximum 45 years for Chief Manager posts and maximum 35 years for Manager posts. Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC(NCL), 10 years for PwBD-General/EWS, 13 years for PwBD-OBC(NCL), 15 years for PwBD-SC/ST.

Selection Process

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be considered for selection. In case of a large number of applications, shortlisting criteria may be applied. The selection process will consist of a Personal Interview conducted by the Selection Committee. Shortlisted candidates will be informed of the interview schedule through email.
