Selection Process

The selection process consists of a two-tier Computer Based Examination. Tier-I is an objective-type test covering English, General Intelligence, Quantitative Aptitude, and General Awareness. Candidates qualifying in Tier-I proceed to Tier-II, which includes sections on Mathematical Abilities, Reasoning, English, General Awareness, and Computer Knowledge. Additionally, a mandatory Skill Test or Typing Test is conducted for DEO and LDC/JSA posts respectively. Final selection is based on performance across these stages and document verification.

Exam Pattern

Tier-I: 100 objective questions (25 per subject) for 200 marks, 60 minutes duration, 0.50 negative marking. Tier-II: Two sessions on the same day, covering four sections. Sections I and II have negative marking of 1 mark per wrong answer. Section III is qualifying in nature.
