Eligible candidates must apply through the official Google Form only. No other mode of application will be accepted.
➢ Step 1: Visit the official Google Form link and fill the online application carefully with personal, educational, experience, and category details.
➢ Step 2: Upload or prepare scanned copies of all required documents (qualification certificates, experience letters, NMC registration, etc.).
➢ Step 3: Submit the Google Form before 10 April 2026 (Midnight) and take a printout of the submitted form.
➢ Step 4: Carry the printout along with all original documents and self-attested photocopies at the time of Interview/Document Verification.
➢ Step 5: Wait for shortlisting intimation and appear for the Interview as per schedule.
