National Institute of Plant Genome Research (NIPGR) is inviting eligible and interested candidates to attend a walk-in interview on 30-04-2026 to fill 1 post of Research Associate I.

This project focuses on the advancement of sustainable agriculture and plant biology. It aims to achieve a detailed understanding of how plants interact with and benefit from beneficial microorganisms. The research explores integrated molecular and genomic pathways that trigger better growth. This research is funded by DBT.

Eligibility
Ph.D. in Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Molecular Biology/Bioinformatics or related field OR M.Tech in Biotechnology/Bioinformatics with three years research experience and relevant research publication (as per DST-OM guidelines). Preferred: research experience in plant-pathogen interactions, microbiology, field application of plant endophytes with relevant publications in SCI journals.
