How to Apply

Eligible candidates must apply offline by post only using the prescribed format. No other mode of application will be accepted.

  • Step 1: Read the official notification carefully and download the prescribed application format.
  • Step 2: Fill the application form neatly in the prescribed format with all required details.
  • Step 3: Attach three latest passport size colour photographs (Navy Blue background), self-attested copies of SSC marksheet & DOB proof, ITI marksheet, community certificate (if applicable), disability certificate (if applicable), Ex-Servicemen certificate (if applicable), Character Certificate from Gazetted Officer, and PAN & Aadhaar Card.
  • Step 4: Place the application and all enclosures in an envelope and superscribe “Application for Apprenticeship Training in [Trade Name]”.
  • Step 5: Send the application by India Post only to The Admiral Superintendent (for Officer-in-Charge ATS), Apprentices Training School, Naval Ship Repair Yard, Naval Base, Kochi – 682004 so as to reach on or before 03rd April 2026.
