Selection Process
The selection process is entirely merit-based and conducted through a direct interview. There is no written examination for these positions.
Candidates are evaluated on a 50-mark scale, which includes assessments of subject knowledge, research and academic background, leadership qualities, and administrative abilities. Experience is also weighted, with government experience earning 2 marks per year and private experience earning 1 mark per year, up to a maximum of 10 marks.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a walk-in interview. If vacancies remain unfilled, subsequent interviews are scheduled for the first Tuesday of every month.
