This contractual, on-call engagement aims to strengthen medical services across various Sub-District and Rural Hospitals in the Nagpur district. Selection Process
The selection process is entirely merit-based and conducted through a direct interview. There is no written examination for these positions.
Candidates are evaluated on a 50-mark scale covering subject knowledge, research and academic background, leadership qualities, and administrative abilities. Experience is also weighted, with government experience earning 2 marks per year and private experience earning 1 mark per year.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a walk-in interview. If a post remains vacant, interviews are scheduled for the first Tuesday of every month.
