Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates are then invited for a Service Selection Board (SSB) interview, which spans five days and includes psychological tests, group tasks, and personal interviews. Finally, a merit list is prepared based on SSB performance, and successful candidates are issued joining letters for training at the Officers Training Academy, Chennai.
