Selection Process
The selection process consists of an OMR-based objective type competitive written examination. Candidates will be evaluated on their performance in subjects including General Intelligence, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, and English Language. The exam is conducted in Bengaluru. A merit list is prepared based on the scores obtained in this examination. In the event of a tie, the selection committee applies tie-breaking criteria such as fewer negative marks, age, and educational qualification seniority.
Exam Pattern
The examination consists of 150 objective-type questions to be completed in 2 hours. Each correct answer earns 3 marks, while 1 mark is deducted for every incorrect response. The test covers General Intelligence (25 questions), Quantitative Aptitude (25 questions), General Awareness (50 questions), and English Language (50 questions).
