The Maharashtra State Co-operative Bank Ltd. (MSC Bank) has announced an internship program for 23 Cooperative Interns to be deployed across its Mumbai headquarters and 22 District Central Cooperative Banks in Maharashtra. This initiative, supported by the Ministry of Cooperation and NABARD, aims to strengthen the grassroots cooperative sector by engaging skilled management professionals for a one-year period.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the cooperative banking sector while contributing to rural development. Interns receive a consolidated monthly stipend of ₹25,000 and gain exposure to the functioning of apex and district-level cooperative institutions.

The bank will initially screen all received offline applications to ensure candidates meet the specified educational and age criteria. Only those who fulfill all requirements will be considered for the next stage.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a personal interview. The interview panel will assess the candidate's knowledge of the cooperative sector, management skills, and suitability for the internship role. The specific date and venue for the interview will be communicated directly to the selected individuals.
The final selection is based on the performance in the interview and the discretionary decision of the Bank's Selection Committee. The committee's decision is final and binding on all applicants.
