The selection process for all categories is conducted through an Interview cum Document Verification stage. There is no written examination. Candidates are shortlisted based on their eligibility, academic qualifications, and relevant work experience. The final merit list is prepared by the Appointing Authority, and in the event of a tie, preference is given to the older candidate or the one with higher academic marks. Selected candidates must also pass a medical fitness examination conducted by a government-recognized board.
