Selection Process
The selection process comprises a written examination, a Physical Efficiency Test (PET), and a personal interview. The written exam tests subject knowledge, while the PET evaluates physical fitness through high jump, long jump, 100m sprint, and a 1km race. Marks from the PET are added to the final score.
