Selection Process

Second, candidates who qualify in the written exam will be shortlisted in a 1:5 ratio for a personal interview. Final selection is based on the combined merit of the written exam and the interview.

Paper-I covers General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Science, History, Geography, and Logical Thinking (100 questions, 300 marks). Paper-II covers Legal Acts, Constitution, and Kannada language (100 questions, 300 marks). Both papers have a 2-hour duration and a minimum qualifying mark of 105 each.
