Selection Process
The selection process is designed to evaluate both theoretical knowledge and instructional capability. It consists of two primary stages: a Computer-Based Test (CBT) and a classroom lecture trial. The written examination carries 75 marks, while the lecture trial is worth 25 marks, totaling 100 marks.
Candidates are required to secure a minimum of 60% marks to qualify for the position. A negative marking scheme is implemented, where one-third of a mark is deducted for every incorrect answer provided in the objective-type written examination.
