Selection Process

The selection process consists of three distinct stages. First, an Online Preliminary Examination is conducted to screen candidates based on four subject tests. Second, those who qualify proceed to the Online Main Examination, which includes professional knowledge and descriptive papers. Finally, a Common Interview is held by participating banks. The final merit list is prepared by combining scores from the Main Examination and the Interview in an 80:20 ratio.

Exam Pattern

The Preliminary Exam includes English, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and Professional Knowledge (125 marks, 80 minutes). The Main Exam features 150 objective questions and a descriptive paper (225 marks, 155 minutes). A penalty of 0.25 marks is applied for every incorrect answer in objective sections.
