Selection Process

The selection process consists of three distinct stages. First, an Online Preliminary Examination is conducted to screen candidates based on English, Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude/General Awareness. Second, an Online Main Examination tests professional knowledge relevant to the specific post. Finally, a Common Interview is conducted by participating banks. The final merit list is prepared by combining scores from the Main Examination and the Interview in an 80:20 weightage ratio.

Exam Pattern

The Preliminary Exam includes 100 questions for 125 marks to be completed in 80 minutes. The Main Exam consists of 150 objective questions for 200 marks and a 25-mark descriptive paper, totaling 225 marks in 155 minutes. A penalty of 0.25 marks is applied for every incorrect answer in objective tests.
