Selection Process

The selection process is conducted in three distinct phases. The Preliminary Examination serves as a qualifying round, testing candidates on English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning. Those who clear the cut-off proceed to the Main Examination, which includes both objective and descriptive papers covering Reasoning, Data Analysis, and Banking Awareness. Finally, successful candidates are invited for a Personality Test or Interview to assess their communication skills and professional aptitude. A final merit list is prepared based on the combined performance in the Main Exam and the Interview.

Exam Pattern

The Preliminary exam consists of 100 questions worth 100 marks to be completed in 60 minutes. The Main exam is more comprehensive, featuring 170 objective questions and a descriptive paper, totaling 225 marks with a duration of 190 minutes.
