Selection Process
The selection process is conducted as a walk-in rally. It begins with document verification to ensure all eligibility criteria are met. Candidates then undergo a Physical Fitness Test (PFT) consisting of a 1.6 km run, push-ups, sit-ups, and squats. Those who qualify proceed to a written test, which includes English and Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA) sections. Following the written test, candidates must pass two Adaptability Tests designed to assess their suitability for the military environment. Finally, a comprehensive medical examination is conducted to ensure physical and mental fitness for service.
