For Permanent posts, the pay scale is IDA E3 (Rs. 60,000-1,80,000; approx. CTC Rs. 18.42 LPA) and E2 (Rs. 50,000-1,60,000; approx. CTC Rs. 15.51 LPA) plus DA, HRA, allowances, CPF, gratuity, medical reimbursement, and other benefits. For FTC posts, consolidated pay ranges from Rs. 90,000/- per month to Rs. 1,85,000/- per month, all inclusive, with a Retention Incentive of Rs. 2,500/- per year for Dy. Project Officer posts.
Yes. Candidates selected for Permanent Absorption posts must execute a Service Agreement Bond of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs) committing to serve HSL for a minimum period of 5 years from the date of joining. No such service bond is applicable for Fixed Term Contract (FTC) posts.
