B.Pharm or Pharm D degree from a recognised university and registration with the Haryana State Pharmacy Council. 10+2 with Science (Physics and Chemistry); and Bachelor in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) – Four-Year Degree course from any recognised university/institute; OR Pharm D – Six-Year Degree from Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak, or any other institution recognised by the State of Haryana; and Registered as a Pharmacist with the Haryana State Pharmacy Council under Section 31(a) or 31(c) or 32(a) of the Pharmacy Act, 1948 (Central Act 8 of 1948) as applicable to the State of Haryana; and Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subjects in Matric, OR Hindi as one of the subjects in Higher Education.
