Selection Process
The selection process consists of two primary stages. First, candidates must appear for a Subjective Written Test, which evaluates professional knowledge in HR or Administration. This test carries 70% weightage in the final merit calculation. Second, those who qualify in the written examination will be invited for a Personal Interview, which accounts for the remaining 30% weightage. The final selection is based on the combined performance across both stages.
Exam Pattern
The Written Test is a subjective paper lasting 2 hours and 30 minutes. It includes a compulsory question worth 40 marks and a choice of 6 out of 8 questions worth 60 marks, totaling 100 marks. There is no negative marking.
