Selection Process
The selection process consists of two primary stages. First, candidates will appear for a Subjective Written Test, which evaluates professional knowledge in HR or Administration. This paper carries 100 marks and lasts for 2 hours and 30 minutes. There is no negative marking. Second, candidates who qualify in the written test will be invited for a Personal Interview. The final merit list is prepared by assigning 70% weightage to the written examination and 30% weightage to the interview performance.
Exam Pattern
The written test is a subjective paper covering professional knowledge. It includes a compulsory question (40 marks) and a choice of 6 out of 8 questions (60 marks), totaling 100 marks. The duration is 150 minutes.
