- Prepare and process cases related to Departmental Promotion Committees (DPC) and Limited Departmental Competitive Examinations (LDCE).

- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to service history and personnel files.
- Provide expert guidance on administrative procedures to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Coordinate with various internal departments to resolve personnel-related queries and issues.
