Bank of Baroda has announced a recruitment drive for Clerical Cadre positions under the role of Customer Service Associates. This opportunity is open only to meritorious sportspersons who have represented their state or the country in any national or international sporting events. A total of 30 vacancies have been released.
Bank of Baroda has officially released a recruitment notification for talented athletes to join as “Clerk” on its official website www.bankofbaroda.bank.in. Candidates must read the notification carefully to know about the details of role specialisation, which are given for both Male and Female categories, the selection process, and other necessary information about the recruitment.
At the time of joining the Bank of Baroda, selected candidates must be active sportspersons. They must be physically fit and must be ready to participate in future sports events of the Bank. If candidates wish to participate in any sports event outside the Bank, they must seek prior approval from the Bank.
Bank of Baroda has given detailed vacancies for all 30 vacancies, which will be filled through this recruitment. The details for various roles include sports discipline, location of posts, and gender. Among these vacancies, 24 posts are allotted for male candidates, and the remaining 6 are for female candidates. Candidates must check the vacancy distribution from the table below:

The online application process for the BOB Sports Quota recruitment will start from 22nd April 2026 and will be conducted only at the official website of the Bank www.bankofbaroda.bank.in. Candidates must have a valid email ID and mobile number, which should remain active during the entire recruitment process. All important communications from the Bank that include updates and the release of the admit cards will be conveyed via the registered email only.
Candidates have to carefully follow the instructions given in the notification to complete the application form to avoid errors or rejections. To complete the application process, candidates have to pay a non-refundable application fee or intimation charges, whether or not the candidate has been shortlisted for the Field Trials or not. Candidates must pay using any online payment option, such as Internet Banking, UPI, Debit Card, or Credit Card. The application fee, as per the category, is given below:

To apply for the recruitment, candidates must be aged 20 years or above. The maximum age limit for candidates from the general or EWS categories is 28 years. However, Bank of Baroda has provided upper age limit relaxation for candidates from reserved categories, as provided below:

The Bank of Baroda follows a two-step selection process to recruit suitable candidates for Clerical Cadre posts.
