Selection Process
The selection process is entirely merit-based, with no written examination or interview. The merit list is calculated using the marks obtained in academic qualifications from Intermediate to Post-Graduate levels.
Candidates are evaluated based on their income status relative to the poverty line. Priority is assigned to specific groups, starting with widows below the poverty line, followed by legally divorced or deserted women below the poverty line, and then other women candidates below the poverty line. If vacancies remain, the same priority order is applied to candidates above the poverty line.
